Terms and Conditions Nick Jr. PICME Star Competition These Terms and Conditions together with the Terms and Conditions for Submitting Photographs to the PICME Competition (“Photograph T&C’s”) form the full terms and conditions for the above competition. Where these Terms and Conditions differ from the Photograph T&C’s, these Terms and Conditions will prevail. 1. Entrants may enter the competition by submitting a Photograph of their favourite toddler as stipulated in the Photograph T&C’s and as instructed by Nickelodeon UK at www.nickjr.co.uk/shows/picme/upload.aspx 2. All entrants must obtain the parental or guardian consent of the toddler featured in the Photograph prior to entering this competition. 3. The Promoter is unable to return any Photographs submitted. All Photographs submitted shall become the property of the Promoter and entrants agree that the Promoter may display and/or use the Photographs in connection with the competition and/or any other purpose as the Promoter deem fit. 4. The winners will be notified by email. 5. The Promoters decision on Winners is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The prize is the chance for your favourite toddler to be featured as a Nick Jr Star for the Day. The Photograph of the winning Entrants’ toddler will star in an episode of the Nick Jr television programme PICME as well as being the star of the Nick Jr Website for one day. 6. Entrants further agree that all rights, titles and interests in all material submitted to the Promoter as part of the entry to this competition including without limitation all artistic, literary and dramatic rights, are assigned with full title guarantee to the Promoter and the entry, including the Photograph shall belong to the Promoter. Entrants agree to sign such document as is or may be necessary to formalise this agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing with respect to the materials submitted for the competition, the Promoter shall have the exclusive right to distribute, exhibit and exploit the materials submitted forever and throughout the world by any manner and means and in any and all media and service now known or hereafter devised without further consent or payment. 7. Entrants agree that they may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include the entrant’s names and/or likenesses, photographs and/or video footage of the entrant, biographical information provided by the entrants/winners and/or any statement made by them concerning the competition or the prize. Entrants agree that the Promoter in any and all media may use any or all such elements in perpetuity throughout the world as the Promoter in its sole discretion sees fit. 8. A copy of the names of all winners can be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Nick Jr. PICME Winners List, 15-18 Rathbone Place, London W1T 1HU. 9. These competition terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 10.
