Sir Topham Hatt

It has been many years since the young Mr Topham Hatt first came to Sodor as a railway engineer. Since then he has risen quickly to become the Chairman of the Railway.
His round shape and his firm but kind attitude towards the staff earned him the nickname 'The Fat Controller'
